Tutorial: Getting started with localization and translation in Drupal 7, by example
posted November 23rd, 2011 at 1:23 pm by chadI'm beginning to build a Drupal-powered web site for a customer. A goal for this project is to provide translation of pages, events, and announcements for Spanish-speaking site visitors. posted July 3rd, 2011 at 9:31 pm by chadI previously wrote about a couple of bash scripts I wrote to manage Drupal core and module updates via SVN. While those scripts handle the basics pretty well, I realized that I needed to get to know Drush. I have a few Drupal upgrade project's coming up, so I spent the past few days getting familiar with Drush. Here's what I've learned so far.
Bash scripts to streamline the Drupal core and module update process via Subversion
posted February 21st, 2011 at 8:21 am by chadDrupal is a great foundation for so many types of web sites. The Drupal community continuously improves its core and the growing list of add-on modules to extend functionality and improve security. If you manage several Drupal sites, all of this extending and improving can make keeping Drupal up-to-date a time-consuming task. Here are a few notes about how I maintain my Drupal and a few shell scripts I've created to streamline the process.
